If you have logged into your Jigsaw Membership and see the classroom(s), you then select the "Join Meeting"...and nothing happens, then you are having a problem with, the "pop ups" that Jigsaw requires to work. There may be a warning some where on your screen telling you that the website is wanting to do a "pop up" and you need to "allow" this to happen.
Jigsaw Meeting requires that the browser you are using...you will need to enable "pop ups". We have provided various links for you to help with enabling pop ups.
